It is not fiction but a real story of action, conflict, bravery, exemplary conduct, and personal failure and recovery. However, our interest is not just in the historical significance of the persons and events but much more. We don’t study the Old Testament just because we are simply interested in history, but what lessons can we learn to help us in our lives.
